Digital Products

All digital products, including music downloads and other electronically delivered content, are delivered instantly upon purchase and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable.

If you experience any issues downloading or accessing your digital purchase, please contact us, and we will gladly assist you.

Print-on-Demand Merchandise

Apparel and merchandise sold through Scott Helmer Official are custom made to order through our production partner.

Because these items are produced specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing, buyer's remorse, or changes of mind. Please review all product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs clearly showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Eligible return or exchange requests for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Upon review, eligible claims may result in a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to the customer.

Refunds for approved claims will be processed within 7 days.
