Independent singer-songwriter, recording artist, and Guinness World Records holder Scott Helmer is now accepting bookings for a limited run of solo-acoustic performances in historic theatres and opera houses across the United States.
This tour is built specifically for traditional stages and listening rooms, presenting Helmer’s original songs in a direct, stripped-down concert format. The performance is entirely live and acoustic, centered on strong songwriting, vocal delivery, and genuine connection with the audience. No backing tracks. No automation. Just a real artist performing real songs on a real stage.
Scott Helmer has performed more than 1,000 shows nationwide and shared the stage with Heart, Eddie Money, 3 Doors Down, Jeff Bridges, Eric Burdon & The Animals and more.
During past tours, Helmer has performed at historic venues including the Midland Theatre (OH), Clayton Opera House (NY), Braumart Theatre (MI), Piper’s Opera House (NV), Wright Opera House (CO), Woodland Opera House (CA), and the Capitol Theatre (Burlington, IA).
Musically, Helmer’s work is rooted in modern melodic rock, driven by powerful vocals, memorable melodies, and artist-driven songwriting. His songs explore love and heartbreak, hope and loss, and the shared human experience, creating a natural fit for theatre audiences.
At a time when many historic venues face economic pressure and growing competition from digital entertainment, this tour is intentionally focused on rooms built for live performance. The aim is to bring people back inside the theatres that shaped their communities, using original music and a live concert experience as the draw.

Coach Requirements
Scott tours in a 60-foot rig (coach with trailer). Venue must securely accommodate this vehicle in a designated space beginning at load-in and continuing through post-show departure. Requires shore power or the ability to run onboard generator if needed.
