Equine-Assisted Services: Add Scott Helmer’s Live Music and Mission to Your 2026 Fundraiser
Equine-assisted services organizations across America can add Scott Helmer’s live music and mission to their 2026 fundraising events as part of his national tour.
Now in his 16th consecutive year of touring with purpose, Scott has helped raise more than $3 million for the good causes he believes in nationwide. He has performed over 1,000 live shows across the country, shared the stage with Heart, Eddie Money, 3 Doors Down, Jeff Bridges, and Eric Burdon & The Animals, and holds a Guinness World Records title.
This is not an artist looking for a stage.
This is a proven fundraising model built to strengthen your existing event.
A LIVE CONCERT EXPERIENCE BUILT TO FIT YOUR FUNDRAISER
Scott’s One-Man Rock & Country Music Show is structured to integrate seamlessly into your existing fundraising event.
Scott tours nationwide in his 60' coach and trailer, traveling with a fully self-contained production setup.
This includes:
• Live concert performance (90–120 minutes)
• Pre-event strategy call
• Custom tour poster for your event
• Pre-event press release (provided for distribution)
• Supplemental media outreach across print, radio, TV, and podcasts
• 12’ x 8’ portable stage
• Professional PA system for audiences up to approximately 300 guests
• Mini light show
• Branded backdrop
• Complete setup and teardown
• Donation of a brand-new acoustic guitar for your auction or raffle
The performance can be presented indoors or outdoors at barns, arenas, ranches, pavilions, and open event spaces.
Because the concert is self-contained, your organization can host the event at your own facility. There is no need to rent an outside venue or move your program offsite. Donors and guests experience your horses, your environment, and your mission firsthand.
Your organization remains the focus of the event. The live music enhances the program, maintains energy in the room, and supports giving.
LOGISTICS & SITE REQUIREMENTS
Coach & Parking
Scott tours in a 60-foot rig (coach with trailer). The venue must provide clear vehicle access and a secure, designated parking area from load-in through post-show departure. The site must accommodate safe entry, maneuvering, and parking for a vehicle of this size.
Stage Power
One dedicated 20-amp grounded outlet (standard outlet with two plug openings) is required within 50 feet of the stage location.
Coach Power
50-amp shore power for the coach is preferred but not required. If unavailable, the onboard generator will be used.
Stage Surface
A flat, level, solid surface is required for stage setup.
Lodging & Hospitality
Not required.
EVENT PROGRAM & SOUND SYSTEM USE
Scott Helmer is booked as the featured concert performance and does not serve as the event emcee or program host.
Once the stage and sound system are set and soundcheck is completed, the performance area is intended to remain in place for the concert.
Scott is not the sound technician for the event, but his sound system can support simple program elements such as:
• One microphone for announcements or an auctioneer
• Background music before the concert if desired
If announcements, speeches, auctions, or other program elements will use the microphone or background music, the organization should designate one person with basic sound familiarity to operate the mixer during those portions of the program.
The concert is designed as a dedicated performance segment, so additional musical performers or stage acts should not be scheduled as part of the concert program.
PERFORMANCE WITH PURPOSE
Scott delivers a high-energy 90–120 minute solo acoustic concert, designed to fit your event programming, featuring his original songs alongside well-known country and rock favorites that drive audience engagement.
With his powerful voice and engaging stage presence, he creates an exciting live show that will have audiences of all ages singing, dancing, and cheering for more long after the lights go down.
In 2008, Scott lost hope. At his lowest point, he was one second away from taking his own life. He understands firsthand what it feels like to believe there is no way forward — and what it takes to rebuild.
Lose hope and you lose everything.
Equine-assisted services restore hope. They rebuild confidence, trust, and belief in people who need it most. Scott supports this work because he has witnessed its impact and understands how powerful it is when someone begins to believe again.
“I know what it feels like to lose hope. I’ve also seen what happens when someone begins to believe again. That’s why I support equine-assisted services and the work they do every day.”
— Scott Helmer
Each booking also includes Scott’s donation of a brand-new acoustic guitar, played during the performance and then auctioned or raffled to generate additional funds for your organization.
